Free, with no cap on bookings or staff

Stop taking bookings by phone.

Kalio gives your business a page customers can book from at eleven at night, a calendar your whole team shares, and reminders that go out without anyone remembering to send them.

About ten minutes to set up. No card, and nothing is public until you publish it.

A page that takes bookings for you

Your services, your people and your opening hours, on a link you can put in a bio, a message or a shop window. It offers only the times you can genuinely honour, and it is ordinary HTML, so search engines can read it.

One calendar, not four

Everything lands in the same week view — appointments booked online, walk-ins you add yourself, and time you have blocked off. If somebody is booked, nobody can be booked over them.

Reminders nobody has to send

A confirmation goes out the moment a customer books, and a reminder before the appointment, each carrying a link to cancel. Cancellations free the slot straight away, so somebody else can take it.

This is what your customers see

Have a go. The times below are worked out the way the real engine works them out, so a longer service really does leave fewer of them — nothing is booked, and nobody is emailed.

Choose a service

Pick a time

Thursday · closed 13:00–14:00, and 11:00 is already taken

13 times fit a 60-minute appointment plus 10 minutes to clear up. Choose the longest service and watch most of them disappear — that is the scheduling engine, not a picture of one.

Set up in three sittings, or one

Setup remembers where you stopped, so you can leave it half finished and pick it up from your phone later.

  1. 1

    Describe the business

Name, address and the timezone you work in. This is what customers see at the top of your page.

  2. 2

    Add services and hours

How long each service takes, what it costs, and when you are open — including the afternoon you close early and the break in the middle of the day.

  3. 3

    Publish and share the link

Your page goes live at an address you choose. Until you publish it, nobody can find it, not even by guessing.

The awkward parts, handled

Most of the work in a booking system is not the booking. It is everything that makes a real week refuse to fit a grid.

Hours that match the real week

Several opening blocks in a day, so a lunch break is not a workaround. Individual dates can close, or open on their own terms. Anyone on your team can keep hours that differ from the shop’s.

The same service, priced per person

A senior colleague can take longer and charge more for the identical service without you duplicating the catalogue. Leave a field blank and it simply inherits.

Rules that hold the line for you

How much notice you need, how far ahead people may book, how late they may cancel, and a gap after each appointment to clear up. Set them once, and the booking page stops offering whatever breaks them.

Nothing quietly disappears

Retiring a service or a colleague hides them from new bookings and leaves the history intact, still showing what was booked and what it cost at the time.

No password to lose

Sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN. Add a passkey for a second device whenever you like, and remove one the moment a phone goes missing.

Correct across the clock change

Times are kept as the moments they really are, in your timezone. Twice a year, when the clocks move, your schedule needs no attention at all.

Free, and specific about it

Not a trial, and not a starter tier with the useful parts removed. Everything on this page costs nothing, with no limit on how much you use it.

Text-message reminders are the one thing we expect to charge for, because every message costs real money to send. They are not built yet, and email reminders will stay free when they are.

Questions

Do my customers need an account?
No. They pick a service and a time, leave a name and phone number, and confirm with a short code. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to forget.
Can two people book the same slot?
No. The database itself refuses to store two overlapping appointments for the same person, so a slot cannot be taken twice even if two customers tap Confirm in the same second. Whoever is second is offered the nearest alternatives rather than an error.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Every feature described on this page is free and unlimited — no card, no trial clock, no cap on bookings or staff.
How do I sign in?
With a passkey — your fingerprint, face or device PIN. There is no password to choose, reuse or leak. If you lose the device, an emailed link gets you back in and lets you enrol a new one.
Can my staff see the calendar?
You can invite them, and they will see their own schedule and nothing else. Colleagues who would rather not have a login still work exactly as before — someone is a name on your calendar first, and an account only if you want one.
What happens when the clocks change?
Nothing you have to think about. Hours are kept as the times you actually mean, in your own timezone, so a nine o’clock appointment stays at nine on both sides of a daylight-saving change.
