Why free
Taking bookings should not be the part of a small business that costs money. Nothing on this page has a per-message or per-transaction cost behind it, so there is nothing to recover from you.
Text messages are different. Every one has a price attached, which is why they are the part we intend to charge for — as credits you buy when you want them, never a subscription that runs whether you send anything or not. Email reminders will stay free.
If the price ever changes
The features listed under “What you get” are free, and we do not intend to move them behind a payment. If that ever changes, it will be announced by email well before it takes effect, and your data will remain exportable either way.
